At White Fox Boutique, we want you to love your fit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with all tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing your White Fox store credit voucher.
